Lily Allen, Muse, Lemar and Radiohead's Thom Yorke were among the winners at the fifth BT Digital Music Awards 2006 in London last night. But iTunes was outgunned by a much smaller rival.
Muse and Yorke each picked up two awards, though they missed out on the Best Official Website gong, which went to McFly. MySpace was also garlanded, winning Best Innovation.
Muse won Best Rock Artist and the People's Choice Award for Best Unofficial Music Site while the Best Use of Mobile and Best Artist Campaign awards went to the Radiohead frontman, who released his first solo album this year.
Apple missed out on the Best Music Store award, which went to Bleep.com (pictured), while downloadfestival.co.uk was named Best Event or Performance site.
