Did I miss something? I was in the longhorn/ie7/server beta, but it has no new server builds

I thought it would be under the Vista connect section, but i don't see any new builds
However, it seems that I no longer have access to Longhorn Server to download the latest build.
It just shows links to Vista.
how do I apply for longhorn server participation again?
p.s. this specific program was part of the IIS7 Beta I think.
Too bad they don't sell this version to the public even if it might cost a million, I had fun with 2k3. I could bench with "slightly" better results... just slightly, but it was exciting.
