- Quite nice...but we need more dreams. The default one that comes with the install is damn ugly.

- Is this just a repackage of Dreamscene? What's the difference?

Not the hacked version of Dreamscene floating around the bittorrent sites. I'm running dreamscene on Vista Buisness. -

That's Neowin-branded and produced by Neowin guys. Not Stardock.
I have nothing against Stardock I just wish that Neowin would stick to posting in the correct category and stop favouring them.

- -checked it out- Yep, a re-package of DreamScene, no noticeable differences, even uses the same bloated CPU usage...

- Its not quite a re-package of DreamScene. DreamScene allows you to have HD video on your dekstop. Stardock DeskScapes is an extension to DreamScene that allows you to have 3D animations animations and stuff that is rendered in real time.

Ok so just what I wanted to hear. But where in the F is my Realtime Fishtank? I would pay for that. -

it's not the same
with stardock's you can use gif's, flv's, etc. where as vista you can only use hd video

- Well its nice that deskscape adds a pause/resume option in the rmenu you get when you right-click the desktop background.
On my core 2 dup 2ghz and lowly nvidia go 7200 I get 30% utilization on both cores when the animation is running.
