32” of high definition video sounds quite good doesn’t it? We’re once again reviewing yet another Brimax product and this time it’s their 32” HDTV which doesn’t look bad at first glance. Some of you might be wondering what all this hype about high definition is and whether or not there are any benefits of buying a high definition TV.

The set is 1366*768, the 360 supports this resolution, yet they set it to 1280*720. Why?

I was wondering the same thing!

It's the first time I see an "Editor Choice" LCD with a Con of Dead Pixels.
Oh it's true... It's Tech-Gear.org! Everything is "Editor Choice" here.

Lol, it's sad, but unfortunately, you are right.

I was thinking the same thing... the site should be renamed to neo-audio-visual.net if we are going to start reviewing TVs and the like.

Umm...so what's special about it?

32" with 1366 x 768 pixels is low end.

The article starts off with the introduction to HD technology (most of us (the readers of Neowin.net) have know this for at least 5-7 years now) and then the article briefly and quite naively talks about a mediocre TV (NOT! even full 1080P HDTV) from a brand that no one is ever going to buy from.

A useful and relevant question – if you're addressing a group of 7-year-olds!

Point of the post: More clicks and more ad revenue for tech-gear.org. yay.

There was a huge furore over this last time. If reviews are going to be front page at least make them well written; it is like reading what a 10 year old who knows the odd big word has wrote. Disappointing

what year is this?

They should get some proper HD TV's to review. Not some unknown brand that no one has ever heard of or will ever want to know. Oh by the way I know these people personally oh well life carries on!
