- That one the dumbest review I've seen to date. Authors totally missed the point of this type of hardware.

- Comparing this to a dual core T2600? Are you serious? How about comparing it to one of the desktop Via processors?
I agree this reviewer just didn't understand the purpose of this processor. -

the reviewer is dumb T2600 is for laptop not desktop
so Atom 230 != T2600 i mean it cant be done this way

But there’s another side to Atom, as Intel also sells it in desktop form, the 230, which is likewise clocked at 1.6GHz. Atom processors are genreally soldered onto the motherboard so your choice of Atoms is limited to a single model. Buy an Intel D945GCLF motherboard - it was codenamed 'Little Falls' - and you get a 230 as part of the package.
