The Wall Street Journal is reporting that the head of Apple's iPod division, Tony Fadell, is stepping down for personal reasons, according to close sources. Partly involved in the development of the iPhone, Fadell will be staying around Apple in a consulting role.The more interesting news is about his successor. Tony Fadell will be replaced by no other than Mark Papermaster, the former IBM employee who made tech news headlines recently after IBM announced a lawsuit against him for violating his contract. IBM considers Apple to be a rival company, therefore breaking the terms of Papermaster's contract.
