Virgin Mobile USA, sponsor of Britney Spears' Circus tour has announced the launch of its Helio Ocean 2 during the tour in March. The tour starts on March 3. Selected fans will be given an Ocean 2 to capture and share images and videos in a private event using the phone's blogging, email, and social networking features.Virgin mobile acquired Helio, a Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) 7 months ago.
