The month of love does not always end happily for everybody. One such case of an unhappy ending is that of Karim Emara. Reports have surfaced which state that Emara has been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated assault after an online posting requesting a hitman to attack his ex-girlfriend was discovered by the NYPD.
Emara posted online a request for a hit man to brutally assault his former lover. The request was quite specific as well, stating that whomever was to take the job would be expect to "hit the woman in the knee with a blunt object, preferably a baseball bat and permanently scar her face". The payment was to be for the sum of $5,000.
The mistake which led to his capture was his inclusion of contact information at the end of the post. Police contacted Emara to set up an exchange of information pertaining to the 'hit'. He was then arrested on the spot.
The moral of this story? Hit men are best ordered on non-internet sources.

 I agree.
or maybe just don't do it on craigslist or other public forums
edit: ^ sarcasm, before I get flamed.

Ummm. Really don't have much of a grasp on this "law" thing huh?
Asking someone to do something illegal is JUST as illegal as doing it yourself. It is usually called conspiracy to commit ... whatever. If it actually gets done, then you are guilty of the actual crime.
Sheesh, don't you watch Law and Order or CSI?
and permanently scar her face".
Maybe he thought he was hiring a midget and that would get her face within reach!
