Neowin May 2009 give-away

Advertisement (Why?)

It's May 2009 and it's time for our annual give away. We usually do these in April but one of the hamsters, in our server based in Mexico, had a bad case of Swine flu and knocked the server off-line last month. We had to delay the competition for stability reasons but fear not he has a mask and is fighting fit ready for you guys.

We have some great prizes and all you need to do is register with us (you haven't already?!) and complete a tiny survey this time. No mass commenting on threads or creating your own Neowin logo this time, we want answers so we can further improve the site in the future.

So what are the prizes you ask? Here's the list so far:

We also have a lot of "I'm a PC" stickers to give away too and we might throw in some "I'm a PC and I run Windows 7" stickers if you're lucky :)

All you have to do is visit our survey page and fill out the survey to enter the competition. Once you have completed the survey you will be automatically entered into the competition and winners will be chosen at random. Neowin reserves the right to change, cancel or restrict the competition at any stage. The competition ends on May 18th at 23:59GMT. Winners will be notified within 7 days via PM/Email.

I think people would prefer windows 7 instead of vista ultimate as a prize. A computer shop voucher of the users choice could solve this.

It would be kind of hard to give something that wasn't even released yet. Windows 7 is still in beta, RC phase. I'm sure we'll give out a few copies when it RTM's later this year

For the people who don't know, the EyeTV Hybrid tv tuner stick is actually just a rebranded Hauppage thing, so you will be perfectly able to use that in Windows Vista/7 with MCE ^^
