Microsoft moves to further limit Hotmail in the UK!

Thanks go to Justin for posting this info in the forums Neowin: Back Page News - Hotmail Cuts back Free Service Even More........ section.

In a note entitled "Policy Change", users of Hotmail in the UK were sent a billet doux by Microsoft saying that email messages in the "sent messages" folder will be deleted after 30 days.

Microsoft warned users that if they wanted to keep the sent emails, they should transfer them to their inbox.

The latest emissive, combined with charges for POP mail, spam filters, and charging for notoriously expensive storage, indicates to one user at least that Microsoft would like it's non paying customers to exeunt, stage left, with a bear.
