Strange but good as well.
Must be a lot of idiots out there that cant deal with something new. I find Vista to be rock solid and only needing a good rubbing in certain areas. Only issues I have come upon have been drivers for certain hardware. Thats not MS problem.

I find Vista to be excellent. All the comparisons being drawn to ME are daft. Its a huge improvement over XP and once its been out for a few years many of those whiners will be using it and calling the next version of Windows a turkey instead!

Soon they will release a patch to make Vista actually work..... :cheeky:

...

As for not releasing this on patch tuesday - they are not security patches.

Thank you, this was driving me crazy.

Sigh, I actually understand what that meant

3/7 applicable updates were already released on patch tuesday, but it's nice to have access to the patches instead of having to wait till tuesday.

ah ys, XP, *nix distros and OSX NEVER have updates, they're perfect on the first release and there are never updates or bugifxes or security fixes to these other OS'...

go back in your troll cave

Yes, it is REAL buggy. Had it on 2 of my systems for 2 days. Blew them off and reinstalled XP Pro. Couldn't stand nothing working, including some of MS's own crap. Can't believe for a minute after all the delays and stuff with Vista, they actually released the POS as it is! But then, I saw it coming!!

Are you being sarcastic? Cause seriously it's easily the best a Windows OS has been at release.

You my freind are an idiot, he just said vista is real buggy, something almost everyone that has used it agrees with, we all know the other oses had/hjave issues his point was vista is rather bad at it, so i suggest you go join him in the troll cave

you must be being sarcastic, it has over 1000 security updates already. it is nowhere near as good as 2000 was when it was released, it is in fact almost as bad as ME and a lot of poeple in the know agree

Doesnt mean worse updates either. Theres no point holding them for two weeks until the second Tuesday if they have all been tested. For all we know they were aimed at the last patch Tuesday but were held back.
