My question on KB929969 is that there is both a patch for Windows XP SP2 and also one for IE7 for Windows XP SP2, do you need both if you are using IE7 under Windows XP SP2?

i thin kmost of the security updates have to do with "remote execution" ....

what do they mean exactly by "remote execution"?
