Microsoft slashes 56% off Wireless Display Adapter in the UK, now on sale for £26.50

Microsoft's Wireless Display Adapter allows you to wirelessly send what's on your phone, tablet or laptop - including 1080p video with 5.1 surround sound - to a larger HDTV or monitor. The adapter uses Miracast technology, and is also an Intel Wireless Display (WiDi) certified device, and it connects to a larger display via HDMI, relying on a concurrent USB connection for power.

Over in the UK, the Microsoft Store usually charges £59.99 for the device - but in its latest festive promotional deal, the company has slashed 56% off its regular price. That means that you can now buy it for just £26.50, saving you £33.49.

The adapter supports Miracast-enabled devices running Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, or Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean or above.
