Microsoft to Patch Ten Vulnerabilities

This coming Tuesday, Microsoft will release 10 security related updates in response to recently discovered vulnerabilities. The updates are part of Microsoft's shockingly stable monthly patch cycle.

Out of the seven holes being patched, only one has been deemed "critical" by Microsoft's security rating system. Also included will be a patch for an "important" Exchange problem, and two moderate risk alerts affecting Windows Services for UNIX, ISA Servers and Small Business Servers.

According to Microsoft's rating system, vulnerabilities covered in the update prevent "malicious Internet worms from spreading, which do not require any action on the part of the user". No other information was provided, The patches will be released along side an update to their Malicious Software Removal Tool.
