Microsoft Alpha Testers for Windows Tablet PC Edition 2004 have been informed they can now access the program and download the Alpha on BetaPlace today.
In an email to Microsoft Alpha Testers, Microsoft outlined "Lonestar" (Codename for Tablet PC Edition 2004) is an interim release in advance of the full V2.0 Longhorn release. As we reported yesterday the beta is due in March but for eager developers the Alpha program is a welcomed addition for this interim release.
