Microsoft did not make this video, and its not an AD.. Engineers working on OneNote who love their jobs made the video.. why can't people understand that?

Ad or not, Microsoft made the video. Engineers working on OneNote -> Microsoft. Video posted to official Office youtube channel -> Microsoft.

If I posted a video on my companies youtube channel, it wouldn't be "my" video anymore, it's my companies video.

If I had just been let go from Microsoft and had seen this...would be pretty upset. lol.

The ad as far as who its targeting I guess makes sense. It was 'different', not bad, just 'different'.

This is not an AD.. omg

Everyone is hating on this video but its understandable why they made this. Microsoft/OneNote is trying to target the high school/college market and these sorts of viral video things (usually) are a hit with that age group.

That is one killer purple afro and it made it worth the watch alone. It was posted today and already has 300 hits on YouTube, so we'll see how it goes... I don't use OneNote to its full capability and now I have a better idea of what it can do, so mission accomplished, whether or not it is an official ad. Last point: the original LMFAO video is a parody of itself anyway, so why not one more...

Those people who made this horrible ad have to go. Wow. Just wow.

Who said anything about this being an ad? It's a silly Parody video MS does from time to time, they normally do them for some of their events, or have done them in the past.

If it *was* an ad, then it's seeing things like this that make me think the entire marketing department *needs* to be the first of the group of 18,000 people losing their jobs.

They should have lost their jobs since the first dancing commercials.

I'm at work so I had to play the video on mute but Gawd, it's painful to watch.
