  • Keep sessions alive - ideal for people who work from home.
  • Interrupt screensavers/sleep mode.
  • Automatically pause Move Mouse when user input is detected, and resume when idle again.
  • Invoke your own automation using custom scripts.
  • Apply blackout schedules so that Move Mouse only works at specific times of the day.
  • Create your own Start/Pause schedules for complete control.
  • No installation or administrative rights required - just download and run.

Codeplex is a Microsoft's open source project hosting web site. Move Mouse is hosted on Codeplex so from my point of view there's nothing 'fishy'.

svn.codeplex.com [65.52.103.73] is Microsoft:

IP address:
65.52.103.73
Server Location:
Redmond, WA in United States
ISP:
Microsoft Hosting

Stupid site doesn't let you download unless you accept their cookies.
Plus it phones home. No check for update settings.

'Move Mouse' from your computer wants to connect to svn.codeplex.com [65.52.103.73], port 443
