Electronic Arts today revealed that NASCAR Nextel Cup stars and Hendrick Motorsports teammates Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson will be adorning the cover of NASCAR 06: Total Team Control. The move to include the teammates on the game's cover was most likely made to reinforce the game's emphasis on an important part of NASCAR Nextel Cup racing in the past years; team racing. You will be able to call on your teammates to block other cars or draft. EA also promises that gamers will be able to communicate with their pit crew via a headset.
NASCAR 06: Total Team Control is due out on PS2 and Xbox on September 1st with an MSRP of $49.99 and is rated E for Everyone.
