No, not violent, violet as in the color. :P Its been on the card for ages but stuff always got in the way of its creation. I threw the idea around the board a few times in the past and people seemed to want it. So here it is the Neowin violet theme. Its a color variant not a totally new theme yet, to make a new layout we need some drastic changes in our scripting (which is planned).
We have made it the default color for Gamers news, if you still prefer to use grey you can switch back to it. We also made a forum version because it wouldn't be Neowin if it wasn't on the forum too, you can view the forum style by clicking here
