New ClearType PowerToy

Thanks to dougkinzinger for the heads up.

For the users with the older, BGR monitor types(opposed to the newer RGB), this ClearType powertoy allows you to switch between the ClearType font for RGB/BGR types thus making it appear better on BGR monitors. This Microsoft PowerToy is similar to the ClearTweak tool by IOIsland and is listed as a 'New' Powertoy on their page.

This will add the ClearType tweak panel into your Control Panel.
