Onda's upcoming 12-inch ultrabook offers a quad core CPU and 4GB RAM for $369 USD

There are a lot of options when it comes to Windows 10 PCs, with some of the more interesting items coming from lesser-known Asian companies. Onda is no stranger to producing Windows 10 tablets and PCs and their latest, the Onda oBook12, is an ultrabook that offers compelling specifications at an even more compelling price.

The oBook12 offers:

  • 12.2-inch IPS display with a resoltuion of 1920 x 1200
  • Intel Cherry Trail X7-Z8700 Quad Core 1.6GHz (up to 2.4GHz) processor, Intel HD Graphic Gen8 processor
  • 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and expansion via microSD up to 128GB
  • 30Wh battery that offers up to 6 hours of battery life
  • 2.62 pounds

Although the specifications probably won't work to well for a gaming machine, those looking for a portable unit for light browsing and typing should find the oBook12 adequate. Currently, the oBook12 is only available for preorder and can be purchased for $369.99 USD. The ultrabook will be available towards the ends of March.
