Nice idea, poorly executed. The interface is terrible and unintuitive with no way to permanently exclude apps from being updated. I've had a few problems with this software as well; it previously corrupted my Avast installation, and it installed VirtualBox inside VirtualBox (I tried to use it once to update a virtual machine, but it mis-detected the guest additions as VirtualBox itself).

Unfortunately, I haven't found a proper (free) alternative yet, so I still resort to manual updates.

Useful, doesn't always seem to update the programs for one reason or another. At least it shows me what needs updating.

Only one that i've seen that somtimes throws a fit when updating is Chrome or Skype. Which I don't really care as long as it successfully updates Adobe Reader, Flash and Java for me i'm hpapy.
