I'm wondering if there is something more behind this program ending....

Here's an email I received from the PC Satisfaction team:

We would like to take the opportunity to once again thank everyone for their participation in the PC Satisfaction Trial. Your participation in the trial was extremely beneficial in determining the direction of future PC Satisfaction releases and identifying the issues inherent with such a venture.

The PC Satisfaction Trail Newsgroups were originally scheduled to end on February 13, 2004. Due to unforeseen circumstances they have been closed at this time. If you need additional assistance on securing your pc or removing the PC Satisfaction Trial please feel free to contact us via email at pcsat@microsoft.com until February 13, 2004.
