Well I tried to redeem my first PS3 game and I got the damn error..... I tried to go back and now I can't access my first free game now. And there is nothing in my download history. Everytime I call they ****ing hang up on me too. **** Sony and there sorry ass "customer service"

Solution -> Click on Account Management outside the store. Select 'Transactions' -> 'Service List' -> Should be some PS3 service there, select it and it'll show 'Free Games' which will take you to the game area. This'll allow you to select your 2 free games (might have a few errors but you'll get there better than the store end!)... Worked for me when my 'Free Games' vanished.

can i assume "US" means North America? or specifically I'm asking if this is currently active for Canada as well?

Canada was online at the same time, and yeah when they say "US" that pretty much always includes Canada.

hackers, start ur engine? lulz. I wonder anyone will be trusting of Sony and put their credit card info in PSN db after the fiasco.
---------------------------
I never put my CC info for my purchases, I always either bought PSN cards, or, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, so that way the hackers cannot get my payment information.

Something is wrong with their 'welcome back' portion of the PSN store. When trying to redeem the game 'infamous' as one of the free games, the store errored. Now it only shows that I can pick one game instead of two, while I still can't download infamous.

Try looking at your download list to see if the game is listed there.

I found the solution. From the XMB bar, go to Account Management->Transaction Management->Services List->SCEA Promotion. There, you will see the option to pick a free game. Phew!

I got one of my free games, but I keep getting errors. The 2nd free game disappeared from the list of options and inFamous didn't get credited to my account. Gonna wait a little while for them to work out the kinks and try to snag my second game and my two PSP games. I DID however get my 30 days of PS+ and Dead Nation,

Any recommendations on which game to get? I have none of those above.

Thinking of inFAMOUS and one other. Maybe LBP?

For most that had all the games, they generally seemed to recommend those 2 games (perhaps partially because they're the only 2 that were full priced retail games). Having played them both it's hard not to recommend them, though I haven't played Dead Nation or Super Stardust so not really sure what those are like (will find out in the coming days when I grab them). Wipeout is a good game as well, just not my favorite type of racer is all.

Just out of curiosity, those that downloaded Infamous, how big was the download?

infamous is just over 7GB
Dead nation 1.4GB
Super stardust hd 300MB
Wipeout 2.2GB or so
