Pre-order Torchlight 2 now

The release of Torchlight 2 isn’t that far away, so to prove this Perfect World today announced that fans of the series could now pre-order Runic’s new game for $19.99.

That’s not all though, gamers who pre-order the right will also receive full access to the beta release of Dungeons and Dragons Neverwinter when it is release later this year.

“We're excited to announce that pre-orders for Torchlight 2 are available today! As an added bonus to the purchase, anybody who pre-orders Torchlight 2 will receive access to Dungeon and Dragons Neverwinter when it enters closed beta later this year. Torchlight players will be among the first to receive a closed beta key to enter the realm of one of the year's most anticipated MMOs.

All players need to do is pre-order their copy of Torchlight 2 from Perfect World Entertainment here:

http://torchlight2.perfectworld.com/

Players can expect to receive an email containing their beta code around the time Neverwinter closed beta kicks off.

(*Beta key holders are not guaranteed immediate first access to Neverwinter closed beta but will be granted entrance dependent on testing needs*)”

Perfect World isn’t the only place that you can pre-order the game though, with Steam doing both a single pre-purchase of a cheaper four-pack version to share with friends. Either way the game isn’t that far off and personally we can’t wait to get back into the town of Torchlight!

Well I'm ****ed at Cryptic for their recent **** up but I love torchlight so can't blame Perfect world

The Steam version doesn't say anything about getting neverwinter beta access but it does say you get a free copy of the first torchlight (which I already have) can anyone confirm that you still get beta access if you purchase through steam?

I'd also rather pre-order on Steam, can't seem to make heads or tails though if they'll give ya beta access o_O

You do NOT get beta access to Neverwinter with the Steam version. Instead you get the first (giftable) Torchlight as well as the Mac version for free.

As for the Cryptic hack even though it was just recently discovered it actually happened in 2010 and Perfect World didn't buy Cryptic until 2011.

Steam or bust. Screw giving money to perfectworld..

PerfectWorld is the games developer genius, they own Runic (as well as Cryptic.) The one from them is less likely to have DRM. (I haven't heard one way or the other on DRM though)
