My favorite would definitely be Deluge if it wasn't of this weird bug that drains my download speed unless the upload is set to unlimited.

deluge is is good on linux, most linux ports on windows are pretty bad, for example, banshee or amarok, they are really good players on linux, but sadly i dont have a reason to be using linux at this point, so im sticking to spotify and foobar2000 for audio and potplayer for video

as for torrents, ive used many, especially bitcomet and utorrent, but this recently changed when i noticed all the advertisements inside utorrent's interface, then i tried few other clients and stopped trying new ones after qbittorrent, same thing happened to me with foobar2000 - i was ****ed off at winamp for being so bloated and slowing my computer down, so i started looking for a new one, found foobar2000 and never looked again
