Red Faction (PC) hits the shelves

The PC version of Red Faction hits retail shelves today in North America!

To celebrate, Volition has released the "Red Faction Toolkit". This is a collection of in-house utilities and exporters for players to use when creating custom content for Red Faction levels and mods. These tools enable easy addition of custom character models, animations, special effects, level editor objects, and more.

Red Faction revolutionizes next generation gaming with Geo-Mod™ technology, the ability to completely alter and destroy the environment in real-time. Wage war through 20 diverse levels with 15 weapons of mass destruction. Hijack 5 fully armed land, sea and air vehicles. Red Faction is a revolution.

Geo-Mod™ Engine: The only game with real-time, arbitrary geometry modification allowing for complete environmental destruction.
