Resource Tuner 1.99 R3

Like any other resource editor, Resource Tuner lets you view and edit executable file resources. Unlike other resource editors, Resource Tuner provides support for non-typical and compressed executable files. Specifically, with Resource Tuner you can open files compressed with UPX or Upack even without knowing that: your file will be unpacked automatically, i.e. you can edit the hidden data which the other resource editors simply cannot see.

The program utilizes a wizard-based approach to creating an application manifest which offers a target application the possibility to take advantage of the new common control styles on Windows XP and Vista. It also brings the function to mark pre-Vista applications with a requested execution level, offering the way to deploy the same build of the application on both Windows XP and Windows Vista.

What's new:
* An improved algorithm for the resource editing engine.
* Updated the UPX Unpacker plug-in.

Resource Tuner runs on all versions of Windows from 95 through Server 2003 and Vista (32-bit).
