OK remember you heard it here first! Microsoft is targeting around February 24th as the "Release To Manufacturing" This date is realistic because their right on schedule with fixing bugs. I assume that as before in this stage, MS will deploy the potential RTM build on their own production servers (eat your own dogfood first) Discovered bugs get fixed, just before February 24th a build will be declared RTM this build will probably not be compiled on RTM day but some days before or even weeks before. I guess the more days before the better it has been proofed stable.
Note: this is an internal target date, so it is possible it will be days to maybe a week later. so don't call me a liar.
