Jagex, the creators of the popular free-to-play massively multilayer online title Runescape announced details of their “Mad May” events today, which will see a month long set of community events, competitions and special offers.
Beginning today, players will be able to take part in the offers assuming they remain members of the game throughout May. The company state that the promotion will include additional bonus spins for the “Squeal of Fortune”, new games of chance and as a special bonus, those who remain members for the whole month will also get 5,000 loyalty points which they can use to purchase new costumes, titles, emotes or auras.
Jagex also said that they also plan to host “wild weekends” during the month too, though details of those will be forthcoming.
