Silent Hill 4: The Room

And you thought your dorm room was scary! Konami goes "boo" with the latest Silent Hill.

Konami has announced that the latest edition of the Silent Hill series has shipped to retailers across North America today. Available for the Xbox, PlayStation 2 and PC, Silent Hill 4: The Room, continues the long running series' spooky atmosphere, but this time follows an all-new lead character, Henry Townshend, after he wakes up in his apartment to find that it has been sealed off by otherworldly forces.

"In Silent Hill 4, the horror hits home - right in your own room," said Wilson Cheng, product manager at Konami Digital Entertainment - America. "By transforming a would-be sanctuary into an unpredictable and inescapable nightmare, players will find themselves in uncharted territory as they explore a nightmarish alternate reality to unravel a truly unnerving mystery."
