Theres a big package of bug fixes, and also fixes in Mail, Script and UI portions of the program. For more details click read more - it looks a whole lot more stable to my fine eyes.
Bug Fixes:
fix for bug #57383:"Clicking a link pops up the file download dialog." Better content type guessing added
* Fixed silly mistake in JIS 0201 reverse mapping table. Fixes bug #72618.
* Increase line height when using characters without baseline (CJKV characters). And fixed that last CJKV character in a text block sometimes was handled as it had a baseline and placed to low.
* Fix for bug #64583, nullpointer check for logical document in FramesDoc
* Fix for bug #74762, not loading empty list bullets
* Bugfix for using complex search urls from search.ini, like the new Ebay search which contains '%' signs that had to be escaped internally.
* Fix for applet never finish loading. Fix for bug #55524.
* fix for bug #75306:"If Japanese is included in a file name by the attached file, an extension will disappear."
* Fix for bug # 74856. (Crash Opera on attempt to open the URL, uses Flash 5 methods)
* Fix for bug # 49743 (WMP Plugin Turns Opera Display "Sticky")
* Added new root certificates for Entrust
* Fixed bug #72618 (Opera convert half width Japanese Katakana to full width Katakana automatically)
* Fixed bug #74956 (When you submit specific character in the form, you will get wrong character.)
* Fix for a bug with hspace being added twice to images in table cells.
* Fix for bug #75769. Links in POST forms that had the same URL as the POST form pointed back to the POST form results, and did not load a new document. #Anchors syntax can still be used to point to content inside the POST-form result page.
* fix for bug #72341:"Hyperlink baseline too close, Overlapping and western letters too low"
* Fix for bug 75510: JavaScript crash on some pages. Caused by unguarded access to return-value object in a DOM call, pointer may validly be NULL
* Change in SSL/TLS record fragmentation/collection policy to prevent problems with secure IIS 5 servers that requires Client Certificate Authentication. Bug #59229
