- Rebuild of 4.06B3 in release mode. You may notice a seat-of-the-pants performance improvement in the user interface.
- Skip Group button on toolbar is disabled.
- Icons in Toolbar have wrong transparency color (unless you download this alternate toolbar by saving it in the folder where NewsBin is installed).

Bugs fixed:
a) depending on MS Internet Explorer settings, SFX module
could fail to display high ASCII characters in "Text" command;
b) it was impossible to set the reverse sorting for file list
columns in the flat view mode;
c) SFX "SavePath" command did not work in the previous beta.
