Shareaza is a p2p file sharing program that delivers more Gnuetella firsts. It gives you the power to take advantage of all the latest Gnutella features, and keeps you in control every step of the way. Partial file sharing, real live upload queuing, ultra-friendly home tab, library organizer, more stability, more compatibility, power user features, automated upgrade system, and heaps more.

Although the exploit code was written for the Putty client, crackers regularly take such files and modify them to attack other vulnerable implementations. Security researchers often write exploits to test their own systems for vulnerabilities and then release the code publicly as a proof-of-concept. This is typically done after a patch is made available, as was the case with the SSH vulnerabilities

This is in my opinion the BEST p2p software in the world Its now based on the new Gnutella 2 standart , its very powerfull and has all the features u can dream about - searching is easier than ever as 2 hours of search time can result in over 20,000 results As more people will use it , we can defeat the EVIL Kazaa and create a free ,spyless p2p G2 network

gnutella has the slowest searching imaginable. why use it when kazaa's network has jsut about everything and delivers the result in approximately one second? not to mention all the kazaa lites floating around...

Here's some from "My Dumb Questions" Department: 1. What is the Kazaa software used for? I seen it mentioned many, many times. 2. If it's for finding & accessing/trading files (mp3s, etc.), obviously it has benefit to some folks. But if it's Spyware or just a general nuisance to permit onto a computer, then the fact an alternative (Lite?) exists is great. Where - in the community's opinion - would I find the BEST version? I'd like to avoid a long trial & error search. Sorry to be clueless on the subject but I tend to purchase music, etc. so I just don't know Jack about this topic at all and I'm genuinely curious.

here's some answers... 1. KaZaA is a p2p sharing program just like Shareza but it works differently and doesnt use G2 technology... check zeropaid.com for all sharing programs. 2. the original KaZaA made is full of spyware and that lame stuff. but some great guys made some 'hacked' or cracked versions like KaZaA Lite, K++ and Diet KaZaA. just do a google.com search with 'download ' you can get them easily... hope that helps

You're absolutly right with question 2, bobh. Get Kazaa Lite from here: www.k-lite.tk
