Sniper Boomslang 2100 @ envynews
“Fast forward to the second half of 2003. Lake Bluff, Ill.-based BFG Technologies, Inc. announces that the Boomslang is back...for real this time. You know BFG as the folks who produce the Asylum line of NVIDIA- based video cards. As a company that prides itself on making products for the gamer, bringing back the Boomslang seemed like a logical expansion of its product line. Dubbed the Sniper Boomslang 2100, the latest revision of this mouse is geared for the gamer who demands absolute precision, especially in first-person shooter titles."

NextBase MDV1 Small Form Factor DVD Player Review @Tweaknews.net
"Not only was the player physically robust, but its feature list would go toe to toe with any normal DVD player on the market. As stated earlier, the visual and audio quality were flawless and you would never tell the difference when compared to the bigger alternative."

HardwareHell: DFI Lanparty 865PE Review
"Following on from the Direct X 9.0 3DMark 03, I used my personal favourite test: Aquamark 3. Although the games based on the engine were not very successful, I think that the benchmark is very impressive. Happily I can say that both boards got the exact same score in this test! Good work from the DFI Lanparty. "

i would love to use this program if it looked nicer! I wish that weather program a neowin member (i forget) made would come back and update the program. It was just text that appeared on your desktop that you could move around. sort of like samurize but it was simpler.

I've been using Weather Watcher for more than a year, but Weather Pulse looks to be a tad better. Thanks for the link!

I used www.weatherbug.com but I get rid of ads in it by using adware and still keep the program running

#5.1 cork1958 on 03 Dec 2003 - 04:45
Yeah. Or, clicking onto 1 of 10 bajillion sites to see the weather instead of having it auto starting/running all the time. The idea is cool, but NOT for me.

Yeah, because you can feel and see the weather around you in all the world when you look outside. WeatherPulse is a great app!
#5.3 Prelude76 on 04 Dec 2003 - 16:54
or just a program called Pulse, that checks your vital signs as you sit in your basement staring at a computer every hour of every day, wondering what the weather is like outside.

weatherbug is still the best one out there for me

any of this programs work for canadian weather? i've been looking and looking for weather programs for canada but can't seem to find one...

#8.1 Prelude76 on 04 Dec 2003 - 16:53
Canadian weather? why, just make a program that cycles randomly between "Cold and Snowy" and "F*king Crackhead Cold".

p.s. can you tell i live in Barrie, Ontario, and i'm getting *ssed off at having to shovel snow every day between Halloween and Victoria day?
