Tag&Rename is a powerful, easy-to-use program for organizing and archiving your library of music files. Its solid design handles most popular music formats: mp3, wma, ogg, m4a, etc. With this utility, you can quickly and easily rename your music while also editing the embedded tag data used by software and hardware music players. Tag&Rename makes it easy to edit existing tag information, update for new tagging standards, or write tags for music files which had no previously embedded tags.

Yes this looks good, but there must be a very good FREEWARE software that does this. The 2 things it needs is file and tag rename with various options like this. Anybody know a very good one??
If so, reply

Edit:
Found a nice GPL one: http://massid3lib.sourceforge.net/

Ummm... Explain please... Or just post count?

This program is amazing - well worth the price.

I might be wrong, but does that GPL program go to the CDDB or AllMusic.com and get tags from that? There is no substitution for Tag&Rename, it is the only reason I still use the mp3 format.

Try Put Up Your Jukes for downloading large (300 x 300) images from Amazon and Wal-Mart. It's free.

If you are referring to Helium 2, then yes, it does have a great interface. I'm not crazy about all the wizards, though.
