Two HD DVD format specifications are currently being promoted for standardisation. One is the ROM disc with 15GB of storage capacity on a single layer and 30GB on dual-layer media, and the other is a rewritable disc with 20GB of storage capacity. In November, the DVD Forum's steering committee approved the proposed HD DVD-ROM format in version 0.9.

As a hardcore Opera user, this version blows 5 thousand goat balls.
Seriously, what the hell were the developers thinking when making this "new and improved" toolbar system.
I'm boycotting Opera until they change it back.
It needs a few minutes of getting used to. You'll learn to appareciate it.
Instead of moaning, try it.
There are two severe bugs that just simply kill the program.
When I close the window, it maximizes the left toolbar. No way to resize it other than to open a new window.
Plus a slew of other bugs. Refer to the damn forum if you want to get the onslaught of bugs. It's a preview version, I know, but jeez.
I don't know for U .. I used it for 5 years..
just downloaded the preview and used it for 5 minutes ..
reconfigured panels toolbar on TOP .. as it is in opera <= 5.2x
and checked "allow empty workspace" under Preferences > Windows
and voila...
so .. again .. what?
all I can say.. things are just more flexible... sorry if people can't be flexible in their minds..
I downloaded it and installed over my existing opera even thought,
they did not recommend it, and i am using opera for mail client as well.
And i have to tell you i absolutelly LOVE this new look and all the new features
it is just amazing how much better opera gets with every new build!
instead of downloading few screenshots why not download the preview itself and test it...? few quality screenshots are about whole setup size...
and screenshots are pretty individual...
for example.. I made my opera look EXACTLY like last (stable) release..
secondly.. I use my own skin .. not seen anywhere, to match my windows theme..
so only thing you could recognize is name 'Opera' in titlebar..
It's flexibility and under-the-hud stuff that counts .. and that's something you must try yourself..
programs like Opera browser.. Miranda instant messenger.. Total Commander.. and so on.. have very high configuration flexibility.. you can make them look what you like... they often look like crap on from-the-box screenshots...
PS: happy birthday?!

Honestly. I've got 1 GB of ram in my Windows XP machine, and windows have never used more than 400 MB of it (no im not using photoshop, 3dsmax ...). Feels like a ****** waste of money to buy more than 512 MB ram
I think it would have been nicer if windows used the ram like *unix does. Like if i close a app it's still there in the memory (access to the app is faster if i run it again) until the RAM is needed for something else.
Im no linuxguru and maybe this is a bad "camparing" but anyhow, windows should use the RAM i've got
That's what those memory defragmenters/washers/managers do, force the memory to clear out instead of allowing Windows to do it when it needs it.
try hovering the table rows at nforce and see how slow it changes... it lags ALOT! Then test it IE/MyIE2 which changes the colors directly. There's a huuuge difference
Dont discuss it ere
What happened?
And in Opera
The W3C validator says it's 100% standards compliant, and it renders in standards compliance mode in Mozilla. I will not be attempting to fix it.
I've already fixed an IE rendering bug - and still kept compliance, but my site is viewed by casual computer users so I had to. But like I said it's still compliant.
... looks like I'll be moving back to Firebird.
It was too easy to tweak to bring back to the old way.
