it's not too bad. i used 3.5 for a while. but its way too expensive. Plus TMPEnc Pro is better quality. and both can be free....

on a side note, what do you guys use to convert divx and xvid to dvd? i find the picture goes a bit choppy and the sound is slightly out of sync [using many tools]... i think i'll just buy a standalone kiss dvd that plays divx/xvid directly and be done with it
