They should have a more flexible installer.

Like having options to not install the toolbar, server client, the MBM dll, icons , skins, plugins...

wtf is up with their site? I'm not running referral blockers, Norton firewall or any download manager and I just get the whiny "don't leech" page on any link. Can't be bothered to provide a decent download link? Well, I can't be bothered to try it.

if you tried to save the link posted here... of course it's not going to work. Just click the link, then click the download link later

No I didn't. Note the "any link" bit in my previous post. The order is read-->understand-->reply (if necessary. It wasn't). Add to that the link is to the download page. Why would I save that?
Anyhow, downloaded by stripping invalid content from a mirror URL.

heh, I'm one of the mirrors for this and just today there has been over 6 gigs of traffic for this (and that's only for my single mirror, that's not overall traffic for this)...and there are still some hours left in the day

Just a correction: Sammy (cute way of calling Samurize) not only supports VBScripts.. You can do JScripts as well, and it also supports DLL plugins.

More: it can access Windows' Perfmons (perfomance monitors) and WMI, so you can get all kind of information about your processor, memory, hdds, network, up/down speeds etc...

It has support for Winamp/QCD/FooBar and MBM, so you can also get details about your MP3s and your CPU, HDD & MB temperatures as well. And add to that the lots of scripts/plugins available for download in the official site.

I'm a fan of Sammy since the first releases.
But I recommend this nice software, and it is completely FREE.
It is MUCH better than CoolMon or Desktop SideBar.
