X-Setup Pro is a so-called "hacker" or "tweaker" program. It allows you to change settings that are normally hidden deeply in some configuration-files like the registry fast and easily. It offers several advantages, making it the "ultimate tool for black belt system tuning". It's runs on any Windows version, is clutter-free, easy to use, extensible, powerful, covers any aspect of your computer and has more configuration options than any other tweaker.

That's the only problem with Neowin. By the time your post is actually posted, it's already old news sometimes (but it's understandable though)

True, you would need a whole army of newsposters just to keep up with the new releases. However as it stands Neowin is doing a great job, I don't mind news a day or two late, at least we get to know of updates etc

I'm looking all over the site but I don't see a changelog... anyone? Beuller? Frye?

Nevermind, found it:

We have just released 6.6.200.Beta2 with the following bug fixes and additions:

- Fixed a bug when reading REG_MULTI_SZ values that contained zero-length strings (found yesterday)

- Fixed a display bug inside "Load user registry" that caused the engine to load the wrong NTUser.DAT file. This was basically only a display bug, but since the displayed NTUser.dat file is than transfered to the engine to load the file, it caused XSP to load the incorrect NTUser.DAT file (found one hour ago)

- Added three new plug-ins that are intent for Windows XP SP2

- Added a lot of bug fixes and additons for several plug-ins

I hope they make an XP or higher only version. Don't need that Win95 stuff anymore.

Or something to use only the plugins that are supported by the OS.

I hope that was irony because that feature is in there, and activated by default.

As do most folks, I have my 'pet' programs that I love, brag on, and feel loyal to. XenTweak is among my faves.

That doesn't mean THIS program isn't wonderful, useful, and suitable for everyday use.. BUT... I use XenTweak on every comp I build, 2k, 2kserver, or XP.

Is there anyone who has experience with both?

That has to be the smallest and least useful screenshot ever.
