UltraISO is an ISO CD/DVD image file creating/editing/converting tool; it can directly edit the CD/DVD image file and extract files and folders from it, as well as directly make ISO files from your CD/DVD-ROM or hard disk. At the same time, you can maintain the ISO bootable information, thus creating your own bootable CD/DVDs. You now have the power to make and edit your own ISO files, and then burn them to CD/DVD for your own needs.
    Changes:
  • Can auto-detect and work with more burning software, including CopyToDVD and BlindWrite.
  • Can handle multi-segment DVD images in RecordNow(.GI) and BlindWrite5(.B5T/.B5I) format
  • Can extract video files to .MPG format from a VCD image
  • Shell integration 'Convert to ISO' action with .BIN files
  • Improved DVD backup function, can make images from DVD+R/RW discs properly
  • Fixed a bug with making bootable DVD with large amount of files in root directory
  • Fixed a bug with adding .WAV files with extra marker
  • Fixed a UI problem with large font size (120DPI)
  • Some minor improvements and bug fixes

Additionally, McNealy said, "We believe that SNE is preparing now for the production of its next-generation of products, from the Sony PlayStation Portable to the next-generation PlayStation console and other consumer electronics devices that will be based on its cell processor."

Suggesting such a ramp-up was one of the reasons the game division earnings had slumped, Katsumi Ihara, group chief financial officer for Sony, reportedly said at a Tokyo news conference. "For the PSP and the next-generation entertainment system we continue to have a high level of investment which is bringing down profit."

Sony's net sales for the quarter were flat at 1.6 trillion yen ($14.8 billion), up just 0.5 percent from the previous year, and operating income was 9.8 billion yen ($87.7 million), down from 16.7 billion yen ($149 million) a year earlier.

Actually WinISO is far better. With UltraISO you cannot install directly from the ISO file. With WinISO you simply open the ISO file and click on the setupp file and it will install the program unlike UltraISO.
