Thanks to the enthusiasts of our community, we found a way to produce artificially inflated results in 3DMark05. In order to prevent this, we released a hotfix for 3DMark05, bringing it up to version 1.1.0.

Here's the fixlist of this hotfix:

* A possible exploit to inflate results in 3DMark05 version 1.0.0 has been fixed
* Updated Entech DLL
* One incorrect unit in the MS Excel importer has been fixed

Please note: In order to submit any 3DMark05 results to the ORB, the 3DMark05 version needs to be 1.1.0.

Right. Just because it works for certain of you, doesn't mean it necessarily works for everyone. Also doesn't mean it suddenly becomes a stable program cause it works for you. I find it slow, lots of times when I start it it just gives me an error. Stigma for early instability, right. It uses lots of resources, especially whilw downloading and i don't see that as necessary. Moreover the program is designed quite badly, they shouldatleast give more details about whats being downloaded rather than just a progress bar and the percentage. Now I can't remember every fault with it from the top of my head(I can't recall lots of them) but overall it's quite sluggish.

So many people complain about steam, and you think it's really just the whiners? How about you people have a more open mind and not think people are too free to complain for the heck of it.
