Before, if i remember right the only way to download this software was through microsofts new authintic windows program. Everyone must be able to download it now...

Photostory 3 was the first software from MS which required Windows Validation.

But later they removed this condition

The version previously posted as a perk for Genuine Windows Validation had a Digital Signature dated September 24, 2004. The Product Version inside the MSI was 3.0.1115.0.

This version has a Digital Signature dated November 11, 2004. The Product Version is 3.0.1115.11. Since the build number (1115) is the same, the program files should be the same and they are. Therefore, this update is either a minor fix for the installer and/or the content files included (e.g. help file, EULA text, sample sounds/images, etc.).
