The filename suggest that it will be part of MS update... probably a minor or as an optional update...

Must say, the slightly updated look is nice (though typical of old windows MMC) but man does it stuff up with MSSQL Enterprise Manager. But thats my luck for trying RC software hehe.

Truthfully, still needs alot of work and major testing.
