Anyways, great build
Beta 1 was good but buggy and I hated not using it, hope this goes well. Best client hands down, even for just one protocol.
for people that want to use Gaim without installing the GTK etc, I reccomend portable Gaim.

You can find 'unofficial' builds of the Gaim 2 betas in the forums there.
More for the fact that mirand offers more plugins and best of all has themes.
But if your a linux buff, gaim all the way. i use gaim on my linux systems , adiumx on my osx systems and miranda on my win32 systems
Thanks
They had a fork working on it, using frameworks still at development stage.
And they can't just blend it until everything is stable/done.

I like Gaim, and keep hoping at each new release they put in voice and webcam support. I'll move over to it like a flash when they do.
Thx for the info.
