The Windows Live Toolbar seems to be the new MSN toolbar - tabbed browsing, phishing filter, popup blocker - but with some new Windows Live features added in, like online favorites, auto-detection of RSS feeds, and feeding of those RSS feeds straight to your live.com homepage.
