As Microsoft continues to move many of it's MSN features to it's new Windows Live site, Windows Live Toolbar Beta has been released. The Windows Live Toolbar seems to be the new MSN toolbar - tabbed browsing, phishing filter, popup blocker - but with some new Windows Live features added in, like online favorites, auto-detection of RSS feeds, and feeding of those RSS feeds straight to your live.com homepage.
