- sounds cool!
but will this powerful admin tool become another source of super virus? -

- It's as good for viruses as any command shell. Be it DOS or bash

- Except that powershell scripts are not run by default (i.e. they will not execute on double clicking the file etc...) which was not the case with the problematic vbs, bat etc scripting formats of the past.
I think the telling thing is that other teams at Micosoft are already using it - the number of times new technolgies are thrown out there with glitz and good intentions and you can see it won't make it because even the teams in MS (that need to actually produce stuff to sell) don't touch it.

- It may have some restrictive factors, for security reasons.

- It's a tool for linux/unix admin rather for a windows admin. Windows admins are more seasoned with visual tools rather to use a command line parameters (with the exception of ping, ipconfig and tracert)

You realize that makes no sense, right? This is a windows tool. Obviously, if windows admins are using it, then windows admins know how to use it. -

- I think a lot of things can be done via commands too, it's just that we don't know

Or...because codenames are never final, unless you're apple.
