ATI has posted their Catalyst Beta drivers for Windows Vista RTM. (even though Vista hasn't technically been released to RTM yet) The driver team notes that this version of the Catalyst Beta driver will work under Windows Vista RC2.

Still no Crossfire either...You can't even boot into Vista with both cards enabled. You get "not enough available resources" errors and it reverts to 800x600 SVGA driver.

These cause my computer not to work at anything other than 16bit 800x600. Coupled with the lack of opengl, they do absolutely suck.

DirectX 10 on Vista works fine. The only problem is that its currently really slow because there is no directx 10 hardware out (so its runs in software mode). But that is ATI and nVidias job to get the hardware out.

Don't spout nonsense when you don't know what your talking about.

BSOD on Vista RC2 _whilst installing_ - i.e. before it's even running the new driver. POS.

Vista RTM build 6000 is most definitely released. I assure you. Unfortunatly without a stable version of DX10 many games are not functioning properly -.-
