I agree. It's crashed numerous times on me in a few minutes which has never happened before. Also I now get popups bitching about a security certificate all the time.

lol! Literally 3 seconds after I clicked the link to this page to read about it in Firefox, the automatic update thing popped up asking if I wanted to restart it now or later.
