the screenshots look almost like a direct rip of tuneup utilities only with a firewall

Got this message when I tried to install it on Vista RTM:

"This program cannot be installed on Windows NT version 5.2 or later"

well, it's free . spass beiseite, it really is disappointing. I was able to install this in compatibility mode. Vista complained about a nonsigned driver but installed it OK. It didn't even bsod after reboot. However, everything was locked, nothing that would ask me if it should grant access to this or that.
I uninstalled and now wait see what happens, a mistake? hope to see some answers here soon.
